So this is why I am broke. Hahaha! Joke! This is my go to place on my lunch time, just to look around and check for stuff on sale! Believe it or not but I always get good deals for trousers,skirts even dress here for $5. Not to mention the good quality is really a win! I just hope they add more options for toddlers to choose from. But all in all I love this place!!!!

I would have to say that the Australian Hennes and Mauritz stores are much better laid out than their EU and UK counterparts. Although they have the same stock, the stores seem to ooze "Australia" and "service" unlike the cold and drab stores in other regions. The Hobart store is great, the team are super friendly. The only store that is better is the Melbourne GPO H&M. But still, not a bad effort for Hobart.

Guys this afternoon I went to HM and found a nice skirt and vest. That time I also wanted to find a camisole to wear inside the vest because the vest is kind of hollowed and I’m a little bit shy to that. But I didn’t know the English of camisole that time😂 So I asked a sale with a try attitude that “Can you speak Chinese?". So lucky was I that she can!! then she helped me to try to find the camisole. But She suggested that I could wear just a bra under the vest and that will be more nice actually. Even I’m shy with that I still agreed to try. Guess whattt. The bra that she founded for me that is to match the vest is reallyyyy suitable and cuteeee!!! Then I said that I need some winter clothes (better on sale) since I am a new uni student here and don't have many clothes. Even when it was time for her break she was still very glad to help me🥹. And then I got a very cute coat and sweater🥹. Actually I don't think she had much time for her break but she still guided me in signing up for a membership card and helped me to check out. It was the first time that I buy clothes this country and luckily it was a really great shopping experience. Thanks to Lili she‘s so sweet and warm and was so thoughtful to consider my situation as a student, I’m so grateful for her help…really hope that she will be there the next time I visit H&M…❤️

Good customer service ! Went looking for a dress I saw online but I couldn't see instore Kate found a similar one for me to try , knew alot about the styles and size. Made what could of been a stressful time stress free ! I will be back
